Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from KRUAJUTA. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

• To start a return, contact us at support@kruajuta.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email support@kruajuta.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
